We work directly with lenders, banks, finance companies, leasing companies, vehicle rentals, Government Agencies, liquidators, insolvency practitioners and auction houses. We accept one off instructions to fleet volume.

Yes. We are fully FCA authorised. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials.  We are also members of the Finance and Leasing Association; we are a member of the sub-group who review the code for Vehicle Recoveries and Collections.

We have in place all the necessary insurances, from goods in transit to professional indemnity including cyber security.  Police compound vehicle release insurance is also in place to ensure speedy removal of vehicles, avoiding increasing storage fees.

We do not accept any payments at Swift, this includes, cash, debit cards or bank transfers from customers. All payments are to be made directly to the client.  We do however furnish the customer with the information required to facilitate a payment direct to the client and where possible we will gather proof of this transaction.

Yes, upon request. We ensure all vehicles are delivered same day to the preferred remarketing site.  Recovered vehicles can be temporarily, securely stored until released back to the customer or transported onwards to the clients remarketing site.

Yes, we have extensive relationships with the auction industry and happy to recommend the best outlet to suit your requirements.

We use a combination of skip tracing, advanced databases, field investigation, on occasions GPS tracking, police assistance and ANPR to locate and recover vehicles efficiently and compliantly.

Our process starts almost immediately upon receiving an instruction.  We attempt customer engagement via Telephone, SMS messaging, Email and Post.

Agent attendance usually occurs within 48 hours and our average time to complete recovery is just 8 days. No cases are retained for more than 30 days as the case will have been exhausted by that time and returned to the client with a full detailed report.
